Citizens of Humanity offers returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure your premium denim experience is seamless from purchase to potential return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are intact and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
